How to Place an Order

To make a purchase from outside of Argentina, the first step is to switch the website's currency to USD to view prices in US dollars. After adding your desired items to the cart, you can create an account or log in if you haven't already.

During the checkout process, it's crucial to enter your zip code and country of destination correctly. This will enable the international shipping option and the PayPal payment method. Please note that for now, the PayPal platform only accepts credit card payments.

 

Shipping Information

For international shipments, we work with either FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination country. However, most of our international orders are shipped via FedEx.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow its journey. The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related reasons. The only exception for a return is if you receive the wrong product. We carefully check every single order!
