Our footwear is handmade. Leathers and materials used in clothing (including metal accessories) can be affected by exposure to rubbing against other materials and chemicals, weather factors, and external elements that can cause permanent and irreversible damage. For this reason, we recommend taking care of products by avoiding rain, exposure to high temperatures, oils and greases, make-up and alcohol (including perfumes) and any other type of abrasive substances. Here are some useful tips to reinforce the care mentioned above:

 

SMOOTH LEATHERS

  • It is advisable to apply colorless waxes to smooth leathers.
  • Do not use glycerin soap, abrasive cleaners, varnish, detergent or other cleaning products, alcohols or ammonia.
  • Do not apply any products containing silicone directly to the leather, this material may damage the color of the leather

 

SUEDES, CHAMOIS, NUBUCK & SIMILAR

  • It has a special treatment since these materials are sensitive to friction, it requires dry cleaning.
  • They should not be exposed to blow dryers or the sun.
  • Use a spray liner, apply it before use and let it dry.

 

PATENT LEATHER OR SIMILAR

  • If the product has come into contact with water, dry with a clean cloth or towel, without rubbing and leave to dry in a ventilated place.
  • Do not expose to the sun, as it can damage the colors and ruin the material.
  • Do not use hair dryers.

 

WHAT IF MY SHOE BROKE OR PEELED OFF?

All our products have a 6 (six) month warranty. Within six months of the purchase or delivery of the product, our warranty covers any defect or factory failure, as long as the products remain in Argentina.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Wear and tear, signs of improper handling, misuse, abuse, bumps, falls or dirt will be evaluated as an out-of-warranty repair under a quote.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE FIX TAKE?

The fix can take up to a 20 days and is subject to the availability of times at the factory. In the changes of season they can take a little longer. Once it is ready to pick up, we notify you by WhatsApp and in case you cannot come to the store, the shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
